How to Cure Insomnia

Nowadays Insomnia is a major problem in all age group. Insomnia is a condition when a person faces difficulty in sleeping at night. Insomnia happens because of headaches, bad temper, confusion, frustration, and emotional instability. Here are some tips to cure Insomnia:

Negative thoughts


Overwork


Anxiety


Irritation and bitterness


Excessive intake of tea / coffee


Constipation, overeating, indigestion


Going to sleep hungry


Home Remedies for Insomnia


Drink a glass of buffalo milk before going to sleep. Butter and ghee are also effective for insomnia.


Bananas, green vegetables and salads are very effective home remedy for Insomnia, Include them in your daily diet.


Take two tablespoon lettuce seeds and one liter water and boil it till reduces by one third.  It is good remedy for Insomnia.


Take one teaspoon of honey in warm water before going to sleep, it useful home remedy for Insomnia.


Avoid more coffee, tea, and smoking.


Take half cup of fenugreek leaves juice with honey before going to sleep.


Take raw onion salad daily can solve the problem of sleep.


Add 2 cups of curd in your daily diet. It is helpful for Insomnia.


Prepare a tea two teaspoon honey, one tablespoon aniseed, and milk. Drink this tea before sleeping. It is useful home remedy for insomnia.


Add vitamin B foods in your daily meal such as whole grain cereals, brown rice, pulses, soybeans, potatoes, and nuts.


Other Tips


Do not watching television when your sleep time.


Exercise keeps you fit and healthy. Go for morning walk, swimming, yoga or other physical activities.


Do some meditation.


Take a warm water bath, helps in good sleep.
